Application Package
This application package is required to be submitted prior to the scheduled interview. 

Electronic Consent (owners): We ask owners to sign off on electronic notice that will help us keep costs down so we can email important information rather than it being printed & mailed.

We would like to also offer electronic voting in the near future to ensure engagement of all owners.

ACH Enrollment (owners): Ensure your monthly condo fees are paid on time and the right amount. Enrolling is easy and ensures the right amount is taken consistently. It also updates for any new approved fees approved through the annual budget.

Vehicle Bar Code Request:
Our condo sits in the East Lake Woodlands Community. They operate vehicle gates and residents need to register their vehicles to get an RFID for automatic access.

When purchasing a condominium in Florida, the buyer is entitled to receive the following documents from the seller at no cost: Declaration of condominium, Articles of incorporation, Bylaws and rules, A copy of the most recent year-end financial information, and a resource with frequently asked questions and answers they might have.
