Our condo sits within the larger East Lake Woodlands Community. They operate vehicle gates and residents need to register their vehicles to get an Bar Code for automatic access.
It is important to ensure you are registered with ELWCA to obtain an RFID sticker/barcode for your vehicle and to ensure your information on file is up to date. The cost is $20 per barcode decal paid by cheque or cash.
There is also a mobile application called Cellgate that when registered will allow two things:
- Ability to create a tempoary barcode for your visitors
- Open the gates automatically from your phone
As a reminder: Condo 5 Association is not a paying member of the East Lake Woodlands Community Association (as such do not have a voice/vote) but are impacted and serviced by the gate/security decisions of the larger community.
