Our condo sits within the larger East Lake Woodlands Community. They operate vehicle gates and residents need to register their vehicles to get an RFID for automatic access.
If you have a BarCode/Window Sticker they will continue to work.
It is important to ensure you are registered with ELWCA to obtain an RFID sticker for your vehicle and to ensure your information on file is up to date.
As a reminder: Condo 5 Association is not a paying member of the East Lake Woodlands Community Association (as such do not have a voice/vote) but are impacted and serviced by the gate/security decisions of the larger community.
