The outside permitter of our buildings is serviced for pest control from bugs (ants, roaches, silverfish) twice a year with Termidor.
If your unit has an issue, you may be covered by our contract for a one-off single service spray – Please open a workorder and we will put you in touch with our provider who can come out within 2 days (excluding Sundays/holidays). You unit must be tidy and not in any unsanitary condition.
The following are excluded:
- Clean out of rodents $150.00 / flying insects: $55.00
- Bed bugs & mice treatments: $295.00 First Room & $195 each additional room
- Flying Insect Lights: $50.00
Owners can also contract for a yearly agreement of pest control servicing for their unit for $150.00
