Car Parking Reminder

Please refrain when parking so that your car does not overlap and cover the adjacent grass. This blocks sun & water, affecting grass health. We also want to ensure our lawn cutters have access to all the grass area unobstructed. This includes the sidewalks.

2025-2026 Insurance Renewal

We have received the flood insurance certificates for the policy we renewed in February. They are available on the secure CondoCinc website. Our building limits have been increased to match the latest valuation report we commissioned. We are expecting our property & liability certificates for the Master Association are now available.

Open Lanais/Balconies – No Carpet

As per our governing documents, carpet is not permitted on unenclosed balconies & lanais. This is due to the fact mold and water gets into the concrete that cannot dry out causing potential structural issues.

2025 Budget & Condo Fees
