Please refrain when parking so that your car does not overlap and cover the adjacent grass. This blocks sun & water, affecting grass health. We also want to ensure our lawn cutters have access to all the grass area unobstructed. This includes the sidewalks.

We have received the flood insurance certificates for the policy we renewed in February. They are available on the secure CondoCinc website. Our building limits have been increased to match the latest valuation report we commissioned. We are expecting our property & liability certificates for the Master Association are now available.

The 2025 budget and new fees were approved by owners on Tuesday December 17th. — 36 owners (a 35% attendance rate) were at the meeting or represented by proxy. The approval vote was 66% in favor. You will be getting a letter indicating your new monthly fee amount — coupon books are no longer being

Our Annual General Meeting will take place on Tuesday December 17th at 6PM at the Little ClubHouse (between Condo Associations 2 & 4).
