The 2025 budget and new fees were approved by owners on Tuesday December 17th.
— 36 owners (a 35% attendance rate) were at the meeting or represented by proxy. The approval vote was 66% in favor.
You will be getting a letter indicating your new monthly fee amount — coupon books are no longer being issued to save on printing costs.
If you have ACH setup, the new amounts will be deducted automatically.
If you pay by cheque always ensure your account number and unit are on the cheque. We highly encourage you to sign up for ACH to have your fees withdrawn automatically and paid on time. It also saves the association processing charges.
Reminder that fees are due the 1st of the month and considered late (subject to penalties) after the 5th of the month.
