Our association maintains property, liability and flood insurance for the frame/exterior of buildings and all common areas.
We also maintain Directors & Officers insurance which also covers volunteers designated by the Board.
Owners/residents are highly encouraged to obtain their own HO-6 Florida Condo policy to insure the interior of their units (belongings, unit improvements) and protect against any liability issues.
Our insurance broker is FIP Insurance of St. Petersburg.
