About Us
East Lake Woodlands Condo V is a quiet, deed restricted community with a total of 104 units across seven (two-story) buildings. Originally built in 1980, off Woodlands Drive, we encompass all addresses on Lakeview Way, Lakeview Court and Lakeview Place.
Our central location allows quick access to work, entertainment, restaurants, airports, beaches and shopping malls.
Board of Directors
We are governed by a five member volunteer Board of Directors elected annually at the end of every year. <CURRENT LIST>
Property Management
We have outsourced property management to Condominium Associates. We contract for a few hours a week of dedicated time to coordinate Board needs, resident inquiries & work orders. They also handle all our financial matters and accounting. They use a platform by CINC Community Association Management Software for residents/owners to access association information.
Community Restrictions
- New owners or tenants must submit an application for approval, go through a background check & attend a virtual interview
- Single family occupancy
- All leases are for a minimum of 1 year and are only permitted after holding the unit for a minimum of one year.
- Up to 2 pets are permitted (dogs and or cats); Dogs must weigh less than 40lbs each
